COMPANY HISTORY PDQ was incorporated in late December, 1999 as a woman-owned small business concern. PDQ has seen steady growth from originally having 3 employees and two machines to now having 20+ employees and 12 machine tools. Our quality department was originally compliant with MIL-I-45208A but over the years we have advanced to now being AS9100 compliant. In 2003 we earned Certified Supplier status with Parker Aerospace Stratoflex and Parker Aerospace CBU. In addition we were named as a Network Procurement Strategic Partner to Parker Aerospace Stratoflex and Parker Aerospace CBU. We have maintained both Certified Supplier and Network Procurement Strategic Partner status through to the present. In 2004 we were named Strategic Supplier of the Year by Parker Aerospace CBU.
METHODS By utilizing the most advanced cutting tools, state of the art machining centers, and highly trained personnel we can provide our customers with reliable product at a competitive price. We practice 5S and LEAN Manufacturing through out our facility to make us as efficient as possible. We are on a continuous quest for improvement. PDQ's ERP system, JobBoss Shop Management System handles all the scheduling for our shop. This allows us to monitor shop loading and manage scheduling in such a way that we can assure our customers of an on-time delivery. By maintaining our QA Department at the highest level of integrity, strict by-the-book procedures, and compliance to AS9100 we are very confident in our ability to deliver product that complies with all requirements.
