PDQ Engineering, Inc. is situated in a 7200 square foot, fully secured manufacturing facility located 30 miles west of Los Angeles.
 
 

CNC Turning Centers
PDQ Engineering, Inc. has a total of eight CNC turning centers with 8 inch chuck capacity, 4000 max RPM.
 
1 Takisawa TC-20 turning center - 12 tool capacity
 
7 Femco Durga 25E twin turret turning centers - 22 tool capacity
 
 
 

CNC Milling Centers 
PDQ Engineering, Inc. has a total of four CNC milling centers with a 20" x 38" x 20" work envelope.  All milling centers are equipped with fourth axis capablilty and have a 8000 max RPM.
 
1 Takisawa MAC-V2E milling center - 24 tool capacity
 
                            3 Yama Seiki VMB-850 milling centers - 24 tool capacity
 
 
 
 
Deburring and Dry Lube 
PDQ Engineering, Inc. has a fully equipped Deburring department and Dry Lube department.

Quality Assurance 
PDQ Engineering, Inc.'s Quality Assurance Department is operating in full compliance with AS9100.  With a full complement of inspection equipment which is all tracked by a computer recall system for calibration, PDQ is prepared to meet your most demanding QA requirements.  Boasting 1000 square feet of office space devoted to Quality Assurance there is ample space for our two in-house inspectors and a customer source inspector to work side by side.
